Good news for all Sneha fans since she is going to play the lead role in the remake of the Super Star Rajini Kanth’s Blockbuster movie “MurattuKaalai” opposite to Sundar.C.She has been assigned to do the role enacted by Rathi in the remake of this film.The film is said to be produced by Gunanidhi,Grandson of Chief Minister M Karunanidhi. This is his first maiden production. The title of the film has not yet been announced.'Murattu Kaalai' was released in 1980. In this remake of the BlockBuster movie , Suman plays the baddie role played by Jai Shankar and Vivek plays comedian Suralirajan's part. The film would be directed by Selvabharathy. Buzz is that a glamour actress would play the character played by Sumalatha. Meanwhile Sneha is shooting for a film that is inspired by Vijayashanthi's Vyjayanti IPS. She dons the khakhi for the first time in her acting career.
